Sales Information Reception

Sales Information Reception

The sales team reviews the customer’s feedback, confirms the appropriate resolution, schedules the repair, and promptly communicates the plan to the customer.
After-Sales Service

After-Sales Service

The after-sales team evaluates the issue based on the provided information, conducts an on-site inspection, and informs the customer whether the repair will be handled on- site or require return to the factory.

After-Sales Confirmation

Any irregularities or issues encountered during the service process are reported to the sales team for follow-up, and corrective actions are taken in accordance with established procedures.

Custom services

Drawings or Samples

The customer submits their drawings or samples for our reference.

Drawing Confirmation

We create a 3D design based on the customer's 2D drawings or samples and send it to the customer for approval.

Quotation

Prices will be offered once the customers confirmed the drawings. If coustomer could provide finished drawings, we could also quote based on that.

Technical Agreement

A technical agreement need to be issued between the parties once the quotation is approved.

Sample Production

Sample production start right after the technical agreement signed. Sample will be sent to customer for approval.

Mass Production

Once the client confirms the sample and places a product order, mass production begins.

Inspection

All products will be inspected during production, and we welcome customers to do the inspection on site.

Shipment

The goods will be packed and shiped properly to the customers after quality is confirmed.
